I am an East Coast "Farm to Table" Chef that utilizes the best locally sourced ingredients. I have a vast knowledge of food and kitchen standards that span over 3 decades. I am passionate about delivering the highest food quality and top-notch service levels to create memories that last a lifetime. I offer dining experiences full of Creativity, Passion, Flavor and Fun to your table. 

My culinary style intertwines East Coast regional ethnic cuisines that include American, Italian, Mediterranean, French Creole, Pacific Rim, and Caribbean.
