SEASONAL KITCHEN'S PASTA BARS - $16 - $30 per person

All pasta dishes served with Chef's Italian Chop salad, vinaigrette dressing, Garlic Bread and Tiramisu.

THE NC PRIMAVERA

An array locally sourced seasonal vegetables lightly sautéed in your choice of Garlic Alfredo or Classical Marinara. Garnished with chopped herbs, served over bowtie pasta.

 

CHICKEN TORTELLINI PESTO

Tender diced chicken, cremini mushrooms, diced red onion, and sautéed peppers on tricolor tortellini with pesto cream.

BAKED ZITI BOLOGNESE

Seasoned ground beef, chunky tomatoes, minced garlic and basil Tossed with Ziti and finished in the oven with a hint of Parmesan and freshly ground pepper.

SHRIMP CARBONARA

Carolina sourced baby shrimp, diced Applewood smoked bacon, freshly minced garlic, chopped herbs served in a brandy cream sauce and finished with shaved Parmesan served over trottole pasta.

TEX-MEX TACO BAR - $16 - $30 per person

Served with corn or flour tortillas and Churro Brownies for dessert.

Choose one:

Seasoned ground beef, grilled chicken or shredded roasted pork

(Add $4 for each additional protein)

Toppings Include:

Shredded lettuce, Salsa, sour cream, Jalapeños, shredded cheese, Roast corn & Black Bean Salsa, Tomatoes, guacamole, Lime Wedges
