Roasted Corn & Apple-wood Smoked Bacon Chowder
Sweet Corn, Bacon, Potatoes, Onions, Bell Peppers, and Cream simmered in a light broth
Maine Lobster Bisque
Chunks of fresh lobster infused with Cream in Lobster broth topped with fresh cut chives 
First Course
Choose one of the following
New England Farmhouse Salad
Seasonal Mixed Field lettuces, Heirloom Cherry tomatoes, Cucumbers, Candied Walnuts, and Goats Cheese drizzled with our signature Lemon Basil Apple Cider Vinaigrette
Blistered Tomato Caesar Salad
Romaine Hearts tossed with House Herb Brioche croutons and pan roasted grape tomatoes dressed with a creamy lemon garlic dressing and finished with fresh parmesan 
Mains
Choose one of the following
Sea Scallops
Pan Seared Scallops resting on a Butternut Squash Puree with Roasted Bell Peppers, English Peas and a Lemon Basil drizzle
Tournedos of Beef Filet Mignon
Pan Roasted Angus Beef accompanied by Goats Cheese Whipped Potatoes, Asparagus and a Rosemary Port Wine reduction.
